Margot Langsdorf

"The ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones that do.”

After spending nine years as an early-stage operator, Margot joined Rich Talent Group to help high-growth companies find top talent across key go-to-market functions including Marketing, General Management, Communications and other executive roles.

Prior to joining Rich Talent Group, Margot ran Partnerships at Homebase, an early-stage SaaS company focused on delivering employee management solutions to local businesses. At Homebase, Margot created and managed partnerships with companies such as Square, Gusto, Toast and Lightspeed, helping to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. As an early member of the company’s Executive Team, Margot also focused on recruiting and developing the growing team.

Margot started her career in technology at Shopkick (acquired by SK Planet), where she sat on the company’s Leadership Team and ran various functions over her five years there, including Client Services, Partnerships, Marketing and Recruiting.

Margot graduated from Dartmouth College with a degree in Art History modified with History, and also holds an M.B.A from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was President of Women in Management. Margot loves to travel the world (cooking school in Italy and Iceland are recent favorites), spend time with her dog, and host dinner parties with friends and family.
