Roxie is passionate about fostering strong relationships with individuals and building partnerships with clients. A Principal at Rich Talent Group, she focuses primarily on recruiting senior leaders within Marketing, General Management, and Digital in addition to expanding the firm’s Head of Sales/Revenue practice. She has helped build leadership teams at Indeed, Zynga, Colgate, Lululemon, Duolingo, among others.
Prior to joining RTG, Roxie managed and grew enterprise client relationships within the tech industry at companies including WeWork and Box.
Roxie graduated from the Foster School of Business at University of Washington. Originally from Boise, Idaho, she loves to spend time in the outdoors and explore the Bay Area.
