Charlotte brings a passion for client services and a background in executive recruiting to her work as an Associate at Rich Talent Group. She’s helped recruit executive leaders in Marketing, Communications, on to Boards, and in other functional areas.
Throughout her recruiting career, she’s partnered with many clients in Venture Capital and Private Equity, and at RTG has worked with companies including Eventbrite, Reformation, GoFundMe, and H&R Block, among others.
Charlotte graduated with a B.A. in History and Leadership Studies from Williams College, where she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Squash Team.
