As Executive Assistant to the CEO, Ella brings more than a decade of experience in executive support and hospitality, as well as art consulting.
Prior to Rich Talent Group, she most recently supported the CEO and People Ops team at Betts Recruiting, scaling go-to-market teams in the top tech markets in the country. And previously, as an art consultant, she worked with clients to build world-class collections of modern and contemporary art.
A Bay Area native, Ella graduated among the top of her class from University of San Francisco with a degree in Art Management. She lives with her family in Marin and owns a sustainable butcher shop in Petaluma where she partners with local artisans to curate custom farm-to-fork events. In her “free” time, Ella can be found celebrating nature, food, and various forms of leisure with her husband Travis, daughter Bea, son Chester, and dog Bertie.
