Tina joins RTG as a Senior Research Analyst after nine years in the retail management and customer engagement space. Having spent the majority of her career with Bloomingdale’s, she lives and breathes hospitality, adaptability, and positivity.
Her experience in building and training teams is what drew her to RTG, and fuels her to identify powerful qualities in tomorrow’s successful leaders.
Tina has lived in Japan, the Philippines, and now the USA. She graduated from Ateneo de Manila University with a BA in Communications. Tina is passionate about food, music, and entertainment, but is most fulfilled when helping others find and grow into their own purpose.
