With more than 25 years of experience across three continents, Yumi is a seasoned business leader and team builder, bringing deep global, operations, and marketing expertise to her role as Partner at Rich Talent Group.

Throughout her career, Yumi has built and led complex, interdisciplinary teams across cultures in small, large, private, and public companies in APAC, EMEA and North America. Both creatively and data-driven, Yumi has an outstanding record in running and growing businesses. She guides teams to execute in ways that drive meaningful results and deliver award-winning work.

Prior to joining RTG, Yumi worked at major advertising agencies and consultancies, most recently serving as President and Managing Partner at integrated creative advertising agency, David&Goliath. With B2B, B2C, and B2B2C credentials, she's worked across numerous industries, including: automotive (Autonet Mobile, Kia), biotech (MedGenome, Vium), CE (Dell, Livescribe), CPG (Pepsi, Frito Lay, Unilever), entertainment (HBO, Universal Studios), financial and professional services (AllState, Schwab), healthcare (Antech, Cancer Treatment Centers of America), quick service retail (Jack in the Box, Jollibee), technology services (Citrix, Microsoft), and travel (Hotwire, Malaysian Airline Systems).

As a #TimesUpAdvertising signatory, founding member of Chief LA, industry speaker, and media contributor, Yumi has a strong voice in shaping purpose-driven work and supporting female entrepreneurship. Yumi serves on the board of Ninety-Eight, a culturally-driven strategic impact consultancy built by and for Gen-Z. She also advises two female-founded businesses: 7True, a non-toxic nail polish subscription service, and a stealth RaaS (Research-as-a-Service) start-up based in the Netherlands. Yumi graduated from Sussex University with a BA in Social Psychology. She has lived and worked all over the world but now calls LA home.
